  • Pricing does not include any applicable taxes or transfer fees charged by registrars

3. Purchase Process

All domain purchases are processed through Escrow.com for buyer and seller protection:

  • Buyer initiates transaction and deposits funds with Escrow.com
  • Seller transfers domain ownership to buyer
  • Buyer confirms receipt and domain functionality
  • Escrow.com releases payment to seller

The entire process typically takes 3-7 business days. Transfer procedures vary by registrar.

4. Domain Transfer and Ownership

Upon successful completion of payment through Escrow.com:

  • Seller will initiate domain transfer to buyer's registrar account
  • Buyer is responsible for providing valid registrar account information
  • Buyer must unlock the domain at their registrar to receive the transfer
  • All ownership rights transfer to the buyer upon completed transfer

5. Refund Policy

Due to the unique nature of domain name sales:

  • All sales are final once the domain transfer is completed
  • Refunds are only available if seller fails to deliver the domain as described
  • Escrow.com's dispute resolution process governs all transaction disputes
  • Technical issues with domain transfer may extend transaction timeline but do not constitute grounds for refund

6. Intellectual Property

Purchasing a domain name does not grant any rights to trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property that may be associated with the domain name. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own trademark searches and ensuring their use of the domain does not infringe on existing intellectual property rights.

All transactions are governed by Escrow.com's terms of service. We make no warranties regarding domain performance, search engine rankings, traffic, or revenue potential.

9. Modifications to Terms
